Common questions
The difference is based on how early you join and your willingness to take part in the journey — not on the size of your organisation. Some services want to be deeply involved in shaping the product; others want early access and long-term value. We’ll talk through this at your demo and help you choose. Participation is encouraged, not mandatory; your insights help shape Intelligent Roster for the global community.
We ask that members join our free monthly Classroom sessions when possible. You don’t need to attend every month, but having a few team members participate and share experiences helps us understand what’s working, what barriers exist, and what to improve. The commitment is light, flexible, and designed to fit busy clinical environments.
After the free months (6 for Summit, 3 for Journey), all three tiers keep a lifetime 50% discount from base pricing (see the Pricing page). The discount applies to up to 170 seats across all current and future Intelligent Mind products — not just Intelligent Roster. It’s bound to the organisation, not individuals; if staff change, the benefit stays with your service.
We need common rostering information: roster patterns, shift types, craft groups, leave structures, and any rules you follow (fatigue, fairness, coverage). Onboarding usually takes about two weeks. Our team guides you step-by-step and helps translate your constraints into the Intelligent Roster setup.
After 31 March 2027, the Founders Collective closes permanently. All benefits are locked in for organisations already in the program. No new organisations can join with these advantages. New services can still join Intelligent Roster as usual, but without Founders benefits. This package — free months plus lifetime 50% across multiple products — will not be repeated.
